Default TOC Issue

Modify the TOC 4 style (which is always used in the TOC for level 4
entries) so that it doesn't include a paragraph border. In the Apply
Styles pane (Ctrl+Shift+S), type in TOC 4 and click the Modify button.
Click Format, and then click Border. Select the "None" option, and click
OK twice.

Hi there - first time user of the forum so thanks for any help. here's
my issue: I have a toc that goes 4 levels deep. I use the built in Word
2010 Headings 1 through 4. My problem is that when I hit level 4
(heading4) a double line appears in my TOC underneath that level.

I've looked at the style for that header but do no see anyplace to
remove the double line.

I have also deleted that heading and re-entered it and get the same
issue.

Here's an example:

Heading
1................................................. ..............1
Heading
2................................................. ............1
Heading
2................................................. ............2
Heading
3................................................. ..........3
Heading
4................................................. ........4
========================================
Heading
3................................................. ..........5

While not a great pic it illustrates where the double line is showing.
Any thoughts on how to remove this?

TIA.
