Hello-

When you do your merge, just specify Outlook as the source for your
recipient list. You will have to do one merge for letters & a separate one
for envelopes, but the process is essentially the same. Just go to
ToolsLetters & MailingsMail Merge and follow the steps on the Task Pane.
