Table Style - Header Row Widowed
Select the header row. In the Paragraph dialog box, check the "Keep with
next" option, found on the Line and Page Breaks tab.
To display the Paragraph dialog box:
In Word 97-2003, click Format | Paragraph.
In Word 2007, click the Paragraph dialog box launcher icon on the Page
Layout tab of the ribbon.

Does anyone know how to prevent a header row in a new table style from being
widowed (appearing on its own at the bottom of a page)?
