Well i've tried everything ya'll have suggested with no results. It's wierd
that i can copy and paste some things but i just can't do it with my bank
statement the way i used too and it just started doing this.

It's quite possible that the BANK has changed the coding to display the page,
and it may be something Word internal converter can't properly interpret.
