Default How do I get a space after pasting something into a document?

You may have turned off smart cut and paste.

ok. Specifically... I have to send out letters, and I want to cut and
paste names into the letter, but every time I paste one, I want it to
automatically insert a space behind the name. It used to do that, but I
must
have changed something, b/c it doesn't anymore.

I think what Charles is saying is you need to be more specific. lol
If you need a space (i.e., a line), you can cut the existing text, insert
a
line space and then paste the text back.
