It seems likely that you have an older version of the Word add-in installed.
Excel and Powerpoint are not relevant in connection with the Word add-in.
Have you checked that you have the latest version?

the add-in available only when you need it.

directory structure. If you ensure that its add-in is in the correct
Office startup folder - usually C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP it should load\ automatically. make sure you
