Place the insertion point at the beginning of the heading on the next page
and Insert | Break.

My document has a table followed directly by a heading which appears on

next page.
The table is in landscape format and the following page needs to be
portrait. How do I insert a break after the table? I cannot find any way

get the cursor to appear under the table so I can insert a section break?
