If what you mean is that it goes through the motion of printing
letters and labels but nothing actually appears on the printed page,
and you have a printer with a black cartridge and a colour cartridge,
then check that both of the cartridges have ink. When it was printing
the document properties it may have been using cartridge A and when
printing the document content it may be using cartridge B.
