How to delete standard templates in Word ?
In Control Panel, open the install program for *Office*; it should
allow you to uninstall the templates.

They're not in my list of programs (I don't expect them there
either).
The only thing I could find was under Add/remove windows modules (or
some such, I have the dutch version at the moment)under
accessories-
documet templates. I unchecked it, but this did not help much.
