If you open the mailmerge template and press Ctrl-A followed by Alt-F9, searching for 'FILLIN' should turn up any Fillin fields in
the document. You can select the field (not just the word 'Fillin') and delete it, replacing it with whatever alternative text you
want. When you're done, press Alt-F9 again to toggle the field code display off.
