Yes. Save the file as TEXT Only. Then the RFT codes will be removed.

: Hello guys:
:
: RTF files sometimes have many "control words" hidden inside the text. Even
: though no one sees them while opening the doc in Word, when
: exporting/importing to other programs they can be cumbersome. Is there
: anyway to get rid of those (selected/all) "control words?"
: E.g.:
: \*\pn
:
\pnlvlcont\ilvl0\ls0\pnrnot0\pndec }\aspalpha\aspnum\faauto\adjustright\rin0
: \lin360\itap0 \f1\fs20\lang1033\langfe1033\cgrid\langnp1033\lang fenp1033
: {\dbch\af23 \hich\af1\dbch\af23\loch\f1 Information Security
and }\dbch\af23
: \hich\af1\dbch\af23\loch\f1 s ensure completion of information security
Risk
: Assessments on applications and/or systems to identify areas of
: vulnerability and initiate appropriate m}{itigation measures}{\dbch\af23
: \hich\af1\dbch\af23\loch\f1
:
: BTW, a related question, when one uses Track Changes, the tool tip gives
the
: time a change was made. Is there any way to delete that time?
:
: Thank you for any insight...
