I get offered both Office 2003 and Office 2007 updates (I have both
installed), plus Office XP because I reinstalled the Microsoft Photo Editor
from that version. The only ones I reject (aside from Office XP) are the
ones for Outlook 2007 (which is not installed) and the spam filters for
Outlook 2003 (since I don't use Outlook for mail).

What you are seeing is quite normal. It will get downloaded with a bundle
of downloads because you do have an O2007 product, but those unwanted
components won't be installed.
I regularly see the reverse where Office 2007 is installed but there is
still Visio 2003 on the computer.
