There's a KB article about this problem in Word 2003 (€śWord 2003
unexpectedly quits, and you receive an error message when you paste text
that is from a Web page to a Word 2003 document€ť at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=890258). The solution in that case is to
disable the Paste Options button. I don't know whether that applies to Word
2002 or not.
