Default how do I make my own contents page so numbers align properly

You need a right-aligned tab stop with a period leader at the position where
you want the page numbers; see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/SettingTabs.htm.

You could use the built-in TOC styles, modified to look the way you like,
but since Word adds the tab dynamically, you'd still have to set the tab
stop.

I know about the automatic Table of Contents option but I dont want to use
that as i've already typed up my own format of how the page should look,

and
I dont want it linked to the rest of my document...
