View | Header and Footer. From the AutoText menu on the Header and Footer
toolbar, select "Page X of Y."

How do I insert numbering format............. 1 of 10 2 0f 10 etc
What I tried
Insert | Page Numbers | Format Button | Chapter....... 1-1
but I don't have chapters......so it doesn't work
I just want the reader to be able to identify the expected number of
pages.
