Yes, there are formatting switches that you can use to format the mail merge fields. To format the field to include the comma for thousands, you can use the following switch:
- Open your Word document and go to the Mailings tab.
- Click on the Insert Merge Field button and select the field you want to format.
- Right-click on the field and select Toggle Field Codes.
- Add the formatting switch to the field code. For example, if your field is called "Amount", the field code should look like this:
