When you have a border selected over a specified piece of text, and
that text runs off the page, is there a way to stop MS Word closing
the border at the end of the page?

For example:

---------- --end page
---------- --new page

| blah |
| blah |
| blah |

I want it to do something like this:

| blah |

--new page
