FWIW, when you have changed the printer selection, the button choices are
not OK and Cancel but OK and Close; Close will accomplish the same thing as
the X.

I would like the ability to select a printer within the Envelope and

Labels
section of Word 2003. I have multiple printers and Word retains the last
printer I printed to, but that may not be the printer I want to print
Envelopes or Labels to. Here is what I have to do to get around the

issue.
I open a document, choose File, Print, select the printer in question.

Click
on the X to close the printer selection window, NOT OK OR CANCEL! Then

go
into the Envelopes and Labels section and click Print. It would simplify

the
process greatly if I could choose the printer on the fly within the

Envelope
and Labels section. Thanks for your time.
