i have some folder on central location with Read/Write permission not modify.
want to allow some users to access file and save it on same location & don't
want them to deleted data or file, but users are not able to save data on
that cental location while clicking on save button, getting error message
"access denied" in office 2007.

In office 2003, it does not display any error message and allows to save the
same file. as it leaves tmp file in the folder and allows to save.

Office 2007 issue limits security permissions to read only, modify, or no
access and removes the option for more granular security permissions.

Any ideas for resolution would be appreciated.
