Default In Tables, how can I change a default setting?

That doesn't change any defaults.

Right click while inside the row you want to break across pages, the
sub-menu
comes up, select "Table Properties" and go to "Rows" and click the box
that
says "Allow Row to Break Across Pages" and that should do it.

Whenever I start a Table the default setting is for the rows to be able

break over a page.

I would like that box to be unticked as a default.

Is there a way of changing the default setting?

I am using Word 2007, but it also happened in 2003
