Default WORD 2007 WORD CASE MENU NEEDS A "TITLE CASE"

As Jay has verified, Word's "Title Case" isn't true title case, as it
capitalizes every word. In English, articles and prepositions in titles
(other than the first word) should not be capitalized.

Word 2007 needs a "title case" where select words like on, in, for are

not
capitalized -- while all other words are capitalized.
