i'm in need of some assistance with regards to a tenancy
agreement form, not being a person of legal knowledge i need to
know how to set out an agreement that will be legal and

able to do so safely knowing that the agreement signed by myself
and the propossed tenent and a witness is of legal standing.
the terms of the agreement are to be basic but cover me legally
incase of incidents or court proceedings etc.
PLEASE someone help to do this properly????

See a lawyer who has expertise in landlord and tenant matters.
Doing anything less is not doing it properly, for several good
