Default File extensions

Thank you very much for responding and so quickly. You are probably right.
I probably don't need the files anymore. Just curious what was on them.
Sometimes old files can be very helpful. Sometimes we lose a lot of
information and ideas from the past. But I will discard the old floppy as
don't have the time to try and salvage even if I could.

Again thank you!

Whether or not you can do anything with those files depends on what it is.
You may not even need those files any longer.

I am trying to clean out some old files from floppy's. I came across one
that had .dox. All files listed had .dox What kind of file is this? And
can
I convert these files into a workable file or one that I can open? Plus
how
do you look up file extensions?

Thank you for your help.
