Default Align question

It is possible to simulate that appearance in Word (using various "tricks"),
but Word can have only one alignment per paragraph.

One method:

Set the whole paragraph to justified. Create a centered tab in the middle of
the horizontal ruler (if your right margin is 6.5", then set a centered tab
at 3.25"). Then, at the end of the penultimate line in the paragraph, press
Shift+Enter. Finally, insert a tab at the beginning of the last line in the
paragraph.

There are other method, but this one works.

Dear All,
Is it possible in any way to make the align of a paragraph justified,
last line centered using Word. They have it in Publisher, why not in
Word???
TIA
