Default Mailmerge Word 2003 - multipage letter first page only to print on letterhead

In addition, you may need to execute the merge to a new document and then
print each letter as a separate print job. That can be done by running a
macro containing the following code when the document created by executing
the mailmerge is the active document

Dim i as Long
With ActiveDocument
For i = 1 to .Sections.Count
.PrintOut Range:=wdPrintFromTo, From:="s" & i, To:="s" & i
Next i
End With

In word goto File-Page setup-Paper-Paper Source, you should see two
selections one for first page and one for all other pages.

Hi,
How do I set up a mailmerge in Word 2003 for a 3 page letter so that only
the first page of each letter in the output prints on letterhead and the
following two pages print from the plain paper tray ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
