You need to develop a template for A Final Request For Medical Records from
doctors, dentists, specialists , etc.
A lot of times these professional medical doctors, dentists and specialists
don't respond to us patients (consumers).
I think that this would really be a neat one to have to that this will knock
some common sense to these health providers.
