Default How can you add the underline command when you right-click??

There's no provision for customizing the Mini toolbar. The QA bar is the
only customizable bar in 2007. From Word 2007 Help:

Note You cannot customize the Mini toolbar.

BTW - had you bothered to mention what version of Word you are using &
identified the issue more accurately (there's no need to right-click - the
Mini automatically appears when you point to the selected text) Graham
wouldn't have been misdirected & could have answered you more accurately.

From Tools Customize Toolbars tab of that dialog, check "Shortcut Menus"

See step 2(c) in
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...oToToolbar.htm

Then you can go to the Commands tab and drag the command to the menu.

Actually there are many shortcut menus, one for each kind of location you
can click in' so you will have to add the command to whichever you are
interested in.
