- Click on "Tools" in the menu bar, then select "Letters and Mailings", and then "Envelopes and Labels".
- In the "Envelopes and Labels" dialog box, click on the "Envelopes" tab.
- In the "Delivery address" section, enter the recipient's address.
- In the "Return address" section, enter your address and any other information you want to include, such as your company name or logo.
- To insert a graphic, click on the "Insert Picture" button (it looks like a mountain with a sun in the background) located in the "Return address" section.
- In the "Insert Picture" dialog box, browse to the location of the graphic you want to insert, select it, and click "Insert".
- Adjust the size and position of the graphic as desired.
- Once you're satisfied with the envelope design, click "Add to Document" to add the envelope to your document.
- Print the envelope by clicking on "File" in the menu bar, then selecting "Print".
