When I create a document under word 2003 by inserting an organisation chart
and then preview it it all looks fine. However when I close the preview
window the document page shows just shows the message " {SHAPE \*
MERGEFORMAT} ". If I view the document in Reading Layout it looks fine but
not in the Normal or Print views.
Please tell me why does this happen and how could I correct this?
