Is this a Word question or an e-mail question? If the latter ask in the
forum associated with your e-mail software.

My reply to emails is always BLUE,
other people's reply to my emails always arrives BLUE font color.

When I try to print, naturally the BLUE won't print.

I've tried changing colors:
Tools
Options
Preferences
Email options
when replying to a message
when forwarding.

have also tried removing to remove autocolor

Then tried
Replying or forwarding messages
Font Sample text says Autocolor
Font color is DESELECTED !!!!
Can't turn it on to change the color to black!

Thanks.
