Assuming that you have the mergefields displaying in the required directions
by having rotated them plus or minus ninety degrees as can be done with text
in the cells of a table, see the article "Mailmerge Labels with Word XP" on
fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at:

Trying to use Mail Merge for tent signs with name printed on both sides.
This means one is the reverse of the other. I am using Office 2003. I can
get the field names in the right rotation, but nothing will merge. My
source
names are in a Word document, I have tried using PowerPoint for the tent
signs, and Word--neither will merge with my source document.
Is it possible for the names to print upside down/reverse on the second
half
of the tent so that the names will appear correctly on both sides???
