If you inserted the page break after the cross-reference, you very likely
got it inside the bookmark for the cross-reference. You can try reinserting
the cross-reference. In future, be careful to insert page or paragraph
breaks by pressing Enter or Ctrl+Enter at the end of the paragraph before
the caption rather than at the beginning of the caption. Or you can format
the caption as "Page break before."

picks up the break as well as the caption title. Does anyone have a work
