Try repairing the installation: Click Office button | Word Options |
Resources tab, and then click the Diagnose button.
If that doesn't help, see the general troubleshooting steps at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...artingWord.htm. In particular,
try deleting the Data key in the registry.
