There are two ways to print two pages on one sheet. You can do it in Word at
File Print in the Pages Per Sheet box. Or, with most printers, you can
also do File Print and click Properties. Most modern printers have the
ability to print more than one page on a sheet. I suggest you try both ways
to see if that makes a difference.
