Default working with templates

First, cut the contents of the header. Then enable the "Different
first page" option in File | Page Setup, Layout tab. Finally, paste
into the First Page Header.

For more on headers and footers, see

I am working with a template document, but don't want the header to
print on
subsequent pages. How do I supress the header on pages 2...etc?

Thanks,

Penny
