Default chinese phonetic guide

Hi Mike,

I'm assuming you're in some version of Word when doing this?

I'm not able to reproduce the problem with text entered using Windows Chinese IME in either Word 2007 or Word 2003 in Windows XP
with the International font features installed from the Office program options.
I don't have a setup where I can check in Vista.

In win XP Home edition, I was able to highlight chinese text, go to phonetic
guide, chose font, alignment, size etc,... and click and all my 30 characters
would appear with the ruby text above with respective tones. In Vista, when i
do the same, in the phonetic guide dialog box, ruby text is blank!... What
happens I don't know the tone or pin-yin?
