Default Adding Section Designators to TOC Page Numbers

Hi,

(for instance, Appendix A pages are numbered
"A-1, A-2, A-3 . . ."; Appendix B pages are
"B-1, B-2, B-3 . . ."). This is handled by simply
putting the page numbering in a footer and typing
the section designator ("A-", "B-", "C-", etc.) before
the page number code; the section designator
appears on every page of that section, and the page
number follows it.


But those designators should also be reflected in
the TOC page numbering,


the only way is to include chapter number into page numbering (Format |
Page Numbers ...). Then chapter numbers also will be shown in the TOC.
So you have to use one of the built-in Headings as Appendix headings,
numbered A, B, C,...
