Default Endnote numbers not superscript

Once the macro is created it replaces the normal footnote/endnote
routine. Using the toolbar insert footnote/endnote just uses the macro
routine.

The only thing that works with the macro is to first not have it all.
Start the document with regular numbers. Then create the macro and
then it will use regular numbers. Rather time consuming creating and
deleting the macro again and again.

If you have the macro in place when you start Word even without running
the macro, you get roman numerals.

Unfortunately this macro bypasses the endnote/footnote dialog. So you
have no chance to change the numbering screen. Running the macro takes
you directly to the place to write the endnote but unfortunately with
roman numerals.
