Default cant get curser to top of page

In Word 2007, click on the Page Layout tab, click on the little
arrow at the bottom right corner of the Page Setup group, click
on the Layout tab | Vertical alignment: Top | Default | Yes | OK.
If you are prompted to save changes to your Normal.dotm global
template, say yes.

In Word 2002 or 2003, click on File | Page Setup | Layout tab |
Vertical alignment: Top | Default | Yes | OK. If you are prompted
to save changes to your Normal.dot global template, say yes.
