Default How to get vertical lines to print on grid table?

I think you're wanting borders; see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/Gridlines.htm and
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/Borders.htm. As for "a separate
heading at the very top," if by this you mean a title or table caption, this
can be place above the table or in another row added to the top (with cells
merged). If the latter approach is used and the row containing the headings
(now the second row) is marked as a heading row, then the caption row will
also have to be a heading row and will repeat on any additional pages. For
more on how tables work, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/TableBasics.htm.

I'm trying to create a simple table with just headings in five separate
columns. This table should have about 20 rows. The rows show up on the
screen but do not print. Any suggestions? I also want to had a separate
heading at the very top. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!
