Default How do you delete a blank page in the middle of a word documen

I would still suggest turning them on. You'll be surprised to see your
documents "dirty little secrets", like extra returns instead of using
spacing, multiple spaces, multiple tabs instead of setting the correct
length, etc.

Once you get used to seeing them, you may never want to return to the dark
side. ;-)

Even if something was pasted and the pages just moved downward?

If you turn on your non-printing characters you will see why it's there.
Chances are there are multiple ¶ characters in there. Start deleting
them.
