I am trying to set up microsoft office assistant. I have to run or install
before I can look at documents that I am trying to open from an attachment
from my email. The system is asking that I need to run or install microsoft
office assistant before I can open a document.
Try asking in the office.setup newsgroup, since you're apparently having
difficulties with the Office configuration. Be sure to mention which version of
Windows and which version of Office you're using. Also tell them which email
program is involved.
