End the first page with a Secion Break Next Page, then click File Page
Setup, on the Layout tab under Vertical alignment select "Center". The only
problem I see is that you have some additional text at the bottom. You might
want to have that text in a footer (make the header and footer size equal),
on in a floating text box.
