When I copy text, from Word, to Outlook, it copies as an image. I

This seems to be a problem with Outlook, not Office/Word.

Open a message in Outlook, and select Edit Edit message, before you paste
the text.

You can also try copying the text to Notepad and then into Outlook. There is
also a utility called PureText that converts text into raw-text.
