Default Track Changes Auto Highlight/Shade Inserted Text

Highlighting is not an option; the default for insertions is underline and a
color, but there are other formatting options.

Trying to automatically highlight or shade modified or inserted text using
Word 2003. No option exists in track changes, creating a "style" didn't
work or
work well. Any way to automatically highlight inserted text
when typing?
