I have created a book with cross references. I would like to delete all but
two chapters, but keep the text of the cross references in the two chapters
that I don't delete. The cross references are to sections of the book that
have been deleted. Can I keep the text of the cross references, but delete
the sections they refer to from the book? Thank you.
