Hi Graham,

Thank you for the quick response. However, these settings are already in
place. Any other suggestions on how to overcome this issue?

Dear Word gurus,

We recently converted our PCs from Office 2002 to Office 2003 (and
Windows XP). Our computer users have macro buttons set up in Word to
access company templates for faxes, letters, etc.

One of our users has been experiencing problems when he clicks a macro
button, and he receives the "macro cannot be found or has been
disabled because of macro settings" option. We've changed his
security level to either medium or low with no success!

The templates are not in his startup folder, but live on a network
drive similar to other users.

Do you have any suggestions what might be causing this issue. The
only special software he has loaded is Adobe Acrobat.
