It did start recently, but my user who is having the problem can't pinpoint
exactly when it started happening or what change(s) on her workstation may
have caused it. All of our agency's printers are network printers and none
of my other 80 users have reported the problem, so I'll have to keep
investigating. Thanks for your response.

ZoneAlarm Pro (especially since I updated it). In your case, however, it
might be a result of having a network printer set as the default and not
having the printer driver installed locally.
