Posting a picture of a document is pretty much useless. Attachments are not
permitted in the MS Communities; those posting with NNTP newsreaders can add
attachments, but Communities readers won't see them.

Probably too big. Try a screen shot (Print Screen) paste it into any
graphics editor (Ms
Paint), crop out all but a representative few lines, save as jpg. Should
be pretty small.
