Click the Office button and then click Word Options. In the Advanced category, make sure that "Show all windows in the Taskbar" is selected, and click OK.

I have upgraded from Word 2003 to 2007. In Word 2003 the names of open
documents used to be displayed at the bottom of the screen, allowing easy
navigation between various open documents.
I have not been able to activate a similar feature in Word 2007. Can
anyone help with directions?
